When, where, how?

First operate the Number 93 between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Other routes around the Salcombe - Kingsbridge Estuary are served by Tally Ho! If you want to venture further afield after crossing the river at Dartmouth you can use a Stagecoach South West bus operating from Kingswear to Torbay, or the steam railway.

Because ferries are dependent on tides and weather, we advise you to check the times and availability of ferry services (apart from the Dartmouth to Kingswear, and Salcombe to East Portlemouth ferries which run every day all year round) before travelling. Call the ferry operator, local harbour office or Tourist Information Centre for details.
